The decanter centrifuges used in the chemical industry have a plenty many applications which require varied structures,

varied materials and changed control methods in order to meet the substance requirements. In response to these substance requirements, we

developed the one-motor and two-motor driven decanter centrifuges. In the two-motor driven types, our centrifuges include the one-side driven

type and both-side driven type. We also developed a variety of centrifuge materials in order to meet the substance requirements.

Double motor with double transducer:

Two motor drive, it enable the differential speed to be regulated cost-effectively under good operating conditions; wide regulating ranges are

possible. The secondary motor sets the input shaft of the gear in motion and generates the differential speed as a function of bowl speed and

gear transmission. The differential speed can easily be regulated by changing the motor speed. Two motor drive are used whenever solid

volumes fluctuate significantly, when solids are conveyed under difficult conditions and when particularly stringent requirements are applicable

with regard to residual water content.

Structure:

Horizontal screw centrifuge is for 0.002-3mm material for clarification, separation, dehydration, or classify 1um-5um solid phased particles.
